This is a grassroots effort, so every donation matters. With your help we can achieve our goal of becoming a major third party, changing the landscape of American politics and giving a voice to the millions of rational, moderate people in our country.

Here are a few legal disclaimers regarding your contribution:

Political donations to the American Moderate PAC are not tax deductible and are limited to $5,000 per person, per year.

 

We are required by law to ask for your employment information. If you are self-employed, type "self-employed" in the space provided. 

 

Contributions from corporations and foreign nationals are prohibited.

 

Contributions will be spent as the American Moderate PAC determines within its sole discretion.

Contribution rules:

  • I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).

  • This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.

  • I am making this contribution with my own personal credit or debit card and not with a corporate or business card or a card issued to another person.

  • I am at least eighteen years old. I am not, nor am I making this contribution on behalf of, a corporation, labor organization, national bank, foreign national without a green card, a federal contractor, or any other federally impermissible source.
